When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Purpose and Legal Basis

We process personal data to respond to inquiries and deliver our services. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (necessary for contract performance) and (f) (legitimate interest).

Storage and Deletion

Personal data is deleted when no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected. Contact form inquiries are deleted after 12 months unless an agreement has been entered.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. You may also object to processing and have the right to data portability. Contact us at post@showoff.no to exercise your rights.
