Event rental tailored to your occasion
Event rental at Show Off means hiring walls, light frames and greenery to create a physical setting for your event. Equipment can be combined with print, signs and decor produced for the occasion. Based in Sandnes, we work with businesses and organisers in Stavanger, Rogaland and other locations by agreement.
A photo backdrop gives guests a place to gather. A green entrance marks the transition from an ordinary venue to an event space. A light frame and plants behind a speaker give the stage a distinct identity. Start with the occasion and the space available, and we can develop the setup together.
Rental equipment and your own branding
Modular walls can divide a room or create a backdrop. LED/RGB frames add light and colour, while trees and plants make entrances and meeting areas feel more welcoming. Printed walls can display a logo, campaign graphics or a message. The images show examples and illustrations; specific models, dimensions, quantities and availability are confirmed in the quotation.
Rental covers the equipment for the agreed period. New print, custom signs, clothing and merchandise are separate production items. We itemise these so you can see what you are hiring, what is being produced and any transport or installation costs. If you have brand guidelines or artwork ready, send them once we have agreed what is to be produced.
What affects the price?
Pricing depends on the selected equipment, quantities and rental period. Customisation, transport, installation and dismantling depend on the scope and venue conditions. We therefore do not use a general package price that could misrepresent what is included.
Useful details include dates, venue, approximate dimensions, guest numbers and the look you have in mind. Tell us when access is available and when the space must be cleared. If you have a budget, we can use it when considering alternatives. You do not need a complete equipment list to get in touch.
Outdoor events and practical arrangements
Festivals, summer parties and outdoor spaces can feature green entrances, photo spots and visible branding. The Mablis images on this page are examples from Show Off's gallery. They illustrate settings and uses, rather than a list of available rental products.
Outdoor suitability must be assessed separately. Ground conditions, wind, rain, fixing and power influence which solutions are appropriate. We also agree who handles transport, setup and return. Share the location early, ideally with photos or a simple site plan, so the proposal reflects the actual conditions.
One coordinated identity
Show Off has worked with physical branding since 2017. Rental can be combined with signs, flags and clothing and branded merchandise. What can we hire for an event?
Show Off offers modular walls, LED/RGB frames, trees, plants and printed backdrops for events. You can enquire about individual items or a coordinated setup. Models, dimensions, quantities and availability are confirmed in the quotation.
How much does event rental cost?
Pricing depends on the equipment, quantities and rental period. New print, signs, other production, transport and installation may be additional and are itemised in the quotation. Send us the dates, venue and preferred setup so we can define the scope before pricing it.
Can the equipment be used outdoors?
This depends on the equipment and venue conditions. We assess suitable equipment, ground surfaces, fixing, weather exposure and any power requirements for each outdoor event. Indoor light frames are not automatically suitable for outdoor use.
Can we use our own logo and visual identity?
Yes. Rental equipment can be combined with new print, signs and decor. We can also produce clothing and merchandise for the event. Custom production and rental equipment are itemised separately in the quotation.
Can we collect the equipment, or do we need delivery and setup?
Collection, delivery, installation and return arrangements depend on the equipment, venue and schedule. Tell us about access, setup times and when the space must be cleared. Arrangements and any associated costs are agreed before ordering.
Do you offer event rental in Stavanger and Sandnes?
Show Off is based at Luramyrveien 17 in Sandnes. We welcome event rental enquiries for Sandnes, Stavanger and the rest of Rogaland. For other locations, transport and delivery arrangements are assessed as part of the enquiry.
Does submitting an enquiry reserve the equipment?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation about your needs, availability and pricing. The rental period, equipment and other terms must be confirmed before there is an agreement.
