What is vehicle wrapping?
Vehicle wrapping is the process of covering a car's painted surfaces with a thin vinyl film. The film can be used for colour changes, paint protection or advertising. A full wrap starts from NOK 34,950 ex. VAT and typically lasts 5 to 7 years.

Full Wrap vs. Partial Wrap
Full wrap gives the car a completely new appearance. We wrap all visible surfaces including door pillars, mirror caps and bumpers. Prices from NOK 34,950 ex. VAT.
Partial wrap is a cost-effective alternative where we wrap selected panels, typically bonnet, roof and mirror caps. Popular for a two-tone look on new cars.
Vehicle Wrapping for Electric Cars
Norway is the world's leading EV market, and that shapes what arrives at our workshop. 2025 was a record year with 179,550 new passenger cars registered, according to OFV (Opplysningsrådet for veitrafikken, the Norwegian Road Federation). The electric share was 95.9 percent, Tesla held a 19.1 percent market share, and the Tesla Model Y alone reached 27,621 cars. A large part of the vehicle fleet in the Stavanger region is therefore nearly new and driven hard.
For EV owners, wrapping and paint protection are especially relevant. The film shields an expensive factory paint finish from stone chips and sun fading, and helps preserve resale value on cars that are often sold on after a few years. How much does vehicle wrapping cost?
Full wraps start from NOK 34,950 ex. VAT. The price depends on vehicle type, colour and finish. Partial wraps and graphics are priced individually based on scope.
How long does vehicle wrapping last?
Professional vehicle wrap lasts 3-7 years depending on wrap type, colour and maintenance. Matte colours and pastels have shorter lifespans than gloss colours.
Can the wrap be removed without damaging the paint?
Yes, professional wrap from 3M and Avery Dennison can be removed without damaging the original paint, provided the paint was in good condition at application.
How long does a full wrap take?
A full wrap normally takes 3-5 working days, depending on the vehicle's complexity and chosen wrap.
Which wrap brands do you use?
We primarily use the 3M 2080 series and Avery Dennison Supreme Wrapping Film. Both are premium wraps with warranty.
Does the car need special washing after wrapping?
Hand washing is recommended. Avoid pressure washing for the first 2 weeks. After that, you can use a pressure washer at a distance with max 60°C water.
Can you wrap a used car?
Yes, but the paint should be in good condition. Deep scratches or peeling should be repaired first as the wrap does not hide imperfections.
Wrapping or respraying: which is better?
Wrapping is cheaper, faster, reversible and protects the original paint. Respraying gives a permanent result but is more expensive and lowers resale value.
What is the difference between vehicle wrapping and car graphics?
Vehicle wrapping covers all or most of the car with a new colour. Car graphics are printed or cut vinyl with logos, text or designs, typically used on fleet vehicles for advertising.
