How Much Does a Trade Show Stand Cost?

The price of a trade show stand varies significantly based on size, materials and complexity. Here are rough price ranges:

• Simple pop-up stand (6-9 sqm): from NOK 15,000 ex. VAT. Includes rollup, simple wall and basic furniture. Suitable for smaller industry fairs and recruitment events.
• Modular stand (12-20 sqm): from NOK 50,000 ex. VAT. Graphic walls, lighting, counter and meeting area. Can be reused and updated between shows.
• Custom-built stand (20+ sqm): from NOK 150,000 ex. VAT. Purpose-designed architecture, LED integration, demo zones and lounge areas. For companies that want to dominate the exhibition floor.

Pricing is also affected by the trade show itself. Some exhibition halls have strict requirements for materials and fire safety, which can increase costs. Other factors include AV equipment needs, storage between events and how many times the stand will be used.
