We show you a photorealistic 3D render of the stand before production starts, so you see exactly what you are paying for. You can adjust the spatial layout, materials, lighting and branding while changes are still inexpensive, and use the same render in your pre-show marketing. How Much Does a Trade Show Stand Cost?

A trade show stand costs from NOK 15,000 ex. VAT for a simple pop-up stand. The price varies significantly based on size, materials and complexity. The table shows typical starting prices:

What each level includes:

• Pop-up stand (6-9 m²): rollup, simple wall and basic furniture. Suitable for smaller industry fairs and recruitment events.
• Modular stand (12-20 m²): graphic walls, lighting, counter and meeting area. Can be reused and updated between shows.
• Custom-built stand (20+ m²): purpose-designed architecture, LED integration, demo zones and lounge areas. For companies that want to dominate the exhibition floor.
• Stand rental: priced to your needs and quoted on request, because it is tailored to each booth area. For most exhibitors this is the most affordable option.

Pricing is also affected by the trade show itself. Some exhibition halls have strict requirements for materials and fire safety, which can increase costs. Other factors include AV equipment needs, storage between events and how many times the stand will be used.

We then store the stand in our warehouse in Sandnes between shows, update the graphics and make adjustments for new exhibition halls.
