Jærhagen Shopping Centre: complete signage plan with 50+ sign points
Show Off delivered a complete signage plan for Jærhagen Shopping Centre in 2018, including more than 50 sign points, pylons, and municipal application handling.

The brief
The thinking behind
the solution.
The challenge
A shopping centre with many tenants and multiple sign surfaces needs one coherent expression, not isolated signs competing with each other. Jærhagen needed a unified signage plan that worked both outside and inside the centre.
Our delivery
Show Off developed a complete signage plan with pylons, internal wayfinding, and the remaining sign points, while also handling the municipal application and coordinating the full delivery.

The result
A presence
that works.
The result was a clearer and more consistent signage hierarchy for the centre, with more than 50 sign points delivered as one coordinated solution in 2018.

The assignment
Jærhagen Shopping Centre wanted one coordinated signage solution that could cover long-distance visibility, tenant overview, and internal wayfinding inside the centre.
The challenge
In a shopping centre, signage often grows piece by piece over time. That creates an uneven expression, makes orientation harder, and weakens the visual impression of the entire site.
For Jærhagen, this project was therefore about more than single products. The goal was to create a complete signage system that:
- improved visibility from roads and parking areas
- made navigation easier inside the centre
- maintained a consistent visual line across many sign points
The solution
Show Off delivered a complete signage plan with more than 50 sign points, including large pylons and internal navigation elements. We also handled the municipal application and the overall project management, giving the client one supplier throughout the whole process.
The result
The project gave Jærhagen a more coherent and professional signage expression in 2018. It made the centre clearer both for visitors approaching from outside and for customers who needed straightforward orientation inside the building.
