A contractor fleet with ongoing vehicle replacement requires consistent branding, stable production files, and predictable delivery over time. KAPH needed a model that worked equally well for a single new van and for larger batches, without the visual identity drifting over the years.

Show Off established fixed routines for production and installation, with clear project management and a standardised branding system adapted to vans used by carpenters and field installers.
Result
Over nearly nine years, we have delivered full wraps and decal kits for more than 400 vehicles. The result is a recognisable and consistent fleet identity that is easy to continue whenever new vehicles are added.
The assignment
KAPH Entreprenør has gradually built a large fleet of vans used by carpenters and installers in Stavanger, Sandnes, and other parts of Norway. The goal was a clear, recognisable fleet identity that could scale over many years.
The challenge
The biggest challenge was not one single delivery, but long-term continuity:
- new vehicles enter the fleet continuously
- different vehicle models require adaptation
- the visual expression must remain consistent over time
- installation must fit around the customer's daily operations
When a contractor fleet grows over many years, routines matter more than one-off splashy projects.
The solution
We built a stable framework for project management, production files, and installation flow. That made it possible to deliver both complete wraps and decal kits to new vehicles without losing direction in design or finish.
The result
Show Off has supplied KAPH for nearly nine years, and the total scope now exceeds 400 vehicles. That gives the client a strong and unified presence in the market, while new vans can be phased into the fleet without unnecessary friction.
