Safety and instructions

Safety labels and instruction decals

Safety labels must be clear, durable and based on correct approved content. We produce supplied artwork in series, while the customer remains responsible for symbols, languages and compliance requirements.

For: HSE teams, industry, construction and equipment suppliers

When is safety labels the right solution?

This solution is relevant for HSE teams, equipment manufacturers, construction and technical operations. We start with the application, not only the dimensions, so the material, adhesive and protection fit the job.

Requirements to confirm before production

A reliable result starts with a short technical specification and approved artwork.

  • approved symbol and wording
  • placement and viewing distance
  • environment, substrate and cleaning
  • revision number and language versions

High-volume production with controlled risk

For larger runs, we confirm sizes, variants, quantities and packing before production. For critical applications, material and adhesion should be tested on the actual substrate before the full run.

Packing and delivery

Production can be sorted by machine, facility or worksite. Show Off prints approved specifications and does not provide legal advice on safety compliance.

What to include in your enquiry

Send quantity per version, dimensions, substrate, indoor/outdoor use, required lifespan, artwork status, packing requirements and delivery locations. We will then recommend the next step.
