Trade Show Stand at HavExpo
HavExpo is an international trade fair for aquaculture and fisheries, held at Sotra Arena in Oygarden near Bergen. The fair uses two halls (Hall A and Hall C) and brings together exhibitors and visitors from around the world in a compact, well-organised format. The Bergen region was chosen for its central role in Norwegian seafood, with proximity to fish farming companies, feed suppliers and technology clusters along the coast.

How we help
Show Off has built exhibition stands for aquaculture companies at Aqua Nor and Nor-Fishing in Trondheim and knows the industry's expectations well. We travel to the Bergen area with our own assembly team and handle everything from design and production in Sandnes to transport and installation at Sotra Arena. With over 500 delivered trade show stands, we know what works on compact exhibition floors where product displays and meeting spaces must share limited floor area.

Yes, we travel to Oygarden with our own assembly team and build stands at Sotra Arena. We handle design, production, transport, assembly and dismantling.
A popup stand (6-9 sqm) starts from NOK 15,000, modular stand (12-20 sqm) from NOK 50,000, and custom stand (20+ sqm) from NOK 150,000, all excluding VAT. Contact us for a tailored quote.
We recommend starting the planning at least 8-10 weeks before the fair. HavExpo 2026 is 5-7 May, so get in touch by March to ensure a good delivery.
Yes, we have delivered stands at Aqua Nor and Nor-Fishing for several aquaculture companies. We understand the industry's needs for product displays, technical content and meeting spaces.
Yes, we offer storage of exhibition stands between events. The stand can be reused and adapted for the next fair, such as Aqua Nor or Nor-Fishing.
