What is the kit level of greaseproof paper?

The Kit level indicates the grease resistance of the greaseproof paper, and it ranges from Kit 2 to Kit 12. The higher the 'Kit' value the higher the resistance to grease. Some fats are more aggressive than others, therefore a greater resistance to staining is needed. Our branded greaseproof paper’s Kit level is around 3.

What is the greaseproof paper made of? Is it recyclable?

Our greaseproof paper is biodegradable and it is made of virgin fiber (not recycled paper), because recycled paper is not allowed for food contact material. It is technically recyclable, but most recycling schemes do not allow food contact packaging.

What is the thickness of the greaseproof paper?

Our greaseproof paper is crafted with the same sturdy thickness of 40g/m² for both white and brown options. This consistency ensures excellent grease resistance and durability, no matter which color you choose—making it perfect for showcasing your brand while keeping food fresh and secure.

What are the biggest and the smallest sizes I can order?

The biggest size available is 700x1000mm, and the smallest is 100x100 mm.

Can I request round or oval cuts for the greaseproof paper?

Yes! We can do round and oval cutouts. But they cannot be ordered with other cuts. The smallest diameter we can cut in a round shape is 7cm, and the MOQ is what is equivalent to what fits on 10K pcs of our regular sheets. If you want to know more details, please reach out to one of our specialists!
