Exhibition stand design: see your stand before we build it.
We design your exhibition stand in photorealistic 3D, and our own team builds and assembles it on site, wherever the show is. Three deep dives below show how a Show Off stand actually comes to life.
How we did it for HAV, Renas and Eagle.
Every project starts with one question: what is this stand meant to achieve at this particular show? The rest follows from there. Here are three deep dives that show how we think, design and deliver.
HAV Group
One brand, four companies, one expression.

The challenge
HAV Group is four companies: Norwegian Electric Systems, Norwegian Greentech, HAV Design and HAV Hydrogen. The stand had to show all four without burying HAV itself.
The solution
We built a wide, deep blue stand with a large lit HAV logo at one end. The four companies got their own logo row across the front, making it clear that HAV pulls them together under one roof. Inside, we placed an open meeting area with screens.
The result
The stand was easy to find from a distance, and visitors could see what HAV does before walking in. All four companies got room without weakening the HAV umbrella.
Renas
When the material is the message.

The challenge
Renas works in the circular economy. The stand had to show that in the actual building materials, not just in the copy on the walls.
The solution
We used pallets as walls, OSB panels on the floor and built the seating areas in wood with rounded, organic shapes. Everything visitors saw and touched was reused material. The concept landed in the first meeting and stayed put all the way through.
The result
People sat down and stayed. The stand worked more as a meeting place than a display, and the sustainability message came across clearly without long copy on the walls.
Eagle Technology
Clean Future, from every angle.

The challenge
Eagle wanted “Clean Future” to be easy to spot from anywhere in the hall, without the stand itself stealing attention from the message.
The solution
We built a curved, lit overhead ring with “Clean Future” running all the way around, visible from every angle. On the walls, we installed full-height video screens with ocean footage that wrapped around the corner.
The result
The stand was easy to pick out from a distance. The main message was the first and last thing people saw, without us having to fill the walls with text.
Five steps, one predictable path.
You should never wonder where the project stands. Every phase is dated and signed off with you before we move on.
Industry coverage from maritime to pavilion.

From first sketch to a finished stand.
Offices in Stavanger and Oslo, assembling wherever the show is.
- Everything under one roof
Design, 3D, production, assembly, freight and storage. You deal with one team, not three subcontractors.
- Established 2017
We have built exhibition stands for companies in maritime, energy, cleantech, tech and the public sector.
- We travel with the stand
Across Norway and Europe. When the show is abroad, we are there for assembly and dismantling.

Frequently asked questions.
Pricing depends on size, materials, lighting, video and whether the stand will be reused. We give an open estimate after the first brief, not a packaged offer.
Typically 6 to 12 weeks, depending on size and whether the stand is built from scratch or based on existing modules. We always plan backwards from your show date.
Yes, and across Europe. We have assembled stands in Germany, Italy and the UK. Logistics and assembly are part of the deliverable.
Yes. Our team rigs the stand, adjusts everything before doors open, and dismantles when the show ends. You arrive to a finished stand.
Yes, and we recommend it. We design for reuse when the brief allows, store the stand between shows, and update branding between each use.
We design in photorealistic 3D before production, so you see the stand before we build it. And we cover the whole journey with our own team, from first sketch to finished assembly at the show.
Exhibition stand design is the concept and 3D visualization that defines how the stand will look and function. Stand build is the physical production and assembly. Show Off delivers both, but you can also engage us for design only.
ONS in Stavanger, Nor-Shipping in Oslo, Aqua Nor in Trondheim, Marintec China, SMM Hamburg, OTC Houston, WindEnergy Hamburg, and many others. Industry coverage from maritime and energy to cleantech, tech and national pavilions.
