Challenge
ONS is one of the most demanding exhibition weeks in Stavanger, with short rigging windows, a high technical level, and many parallel deliveries in the same hall period. In 2024, we had to deliver more than 40 unique stands and several national pavilions with no margin for delay.
Solution
We organised the delivery as one coordinated project with dedicated teams for design, production, logistics, and installation. That gave us clear prioritisation, control over hall sequencing, and fast handling of last-minute changes.
