Signage for Public Sector
Public buildings must be accessible to all citizens, and this sets strict requirements for signage. Wayfinding signs with tactile marking, braille, and good contrast are legally mandated under universal design regulations. Municipal offices, libraries, schools, and healthcare institutions need sign systems that are intuitive for first-time visitors and comply with TEK17 requirements. In addition, public development projects need temporary information signs that inform citizens about purpose, progress, and contact information. We deliver everything from permanent wayfinding systems in stainless steel and acrylic to construction site signs and information boards for parks and public spaces.
Challenges for public sector
- Public buildings without universally designed signage violate TEK17 requirements and exclude citizens with disabilities
- Missing information signs at public developments create frustration and distrust among neighbours and affected parties
- Inconsistent signage across municipal departments weakens the municipality's visual cohesion and recognition
- Outdated signs with old department names and contact information give wrong information to citizens seeking help

Tactile wayfinding and facade sign for municipal service office
Challenge
A municipal service office was relocating to new premises and needed complete signage that met universal design requirements, including braille and tactile marking on all wayfinding signs.
Solution
We delivered a facade sign with the municipal coat of arms and department name, wayfinding signs with tactile letters and braille on every floor, and an information board in the entrance area. All materials were chosen to meet requirements for contrast, readability, and durability.
Result
The service office opened with approved signage from day one. Residents with impaired vision report that navigating the building is easier. The municipality has used the project as a template for future public signage projects.

Other industries
We deliver signage to businesses across many industries:
Construction
The construction industry in Norway is one of the country's largest sectors, with thousands of businesses ranging from sole traders to large contractors. Visibility on building sites, on the road, and towards potential clients is essential for growth and credibility in a highly competitive market.
Real Estate
The real estate industry lives on first impressions. Whether it is office buildings, residential developments, or commercial properties, professional signage and decor are key to attracting tenants, buyers, and building a strong brand in the local market.
Hospitality
Restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues compete for the attention of guests and tourists. Facade signs that draw people in, interior decor that creates ambiance, and event branding that makes experiences memorable are all critical factors for success in the hospitality industry.
Technology
Technology companies in Norway, from startups to established players, need to communicate innovation and expertise visually. Trade show stands at industry expos, office branding that attracts talent, and vehicle wraps on company cars are all important tools for building brand presence in the tech sector.
Healthcare
The healthcare sector has unique needs for signage and visual communication. Patient guidance through wayfinding signs, vehicle branding for home care vehicles, and privacy film on glass walls are all solutions that contribute to safety, trust, and a professional healthcare environment.
Transport & Logistics
The transport and logistics industry depends on a visible and consistent fleet identity. With vehicles on the road every day across the country, fleet wrapping is the most cost-effective form of advertising. Consistent branding across trucks, vans, and trailers creates professionalism and trust.
Events & Festivals
The events and festivals industry is characterised by tight deadlines, large formats, and the need for visual impact. From stage backdrops and banners to exhibition stands and promotional items, organisers need solutions that create atmosphere, are quick to install, and can withstand weather in both indoor and outdoor settings.
